We have handicapped parking and, if you make arrangements before the day of the Conference, we can help get you from your car to the grounds and back to your car that evening.

• We have wheelchairs and listening devices available.
• We have a voluneers who assist disabled  or special needs attendees by bringing them lunch and refreshments as well as helping them with transportation to venues outside the main tent.
• We have a medical tent if you need assistance during the day.
• And, if you let us know your needs in advance, we will assign one of our attendants to help you throughout the day.
