Basic Facts About the Conference to Keep in Mind

  • Date: Saturday, October 9, 2010 - one day only
  • Conference Times: Gates open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 6:30 p.m.
  • Afternoon Program: Tickets for non-reserved afternoon-only admission are now available. Please see the Ticket Sales page for pricing information. The afternoon program takes place from 1:30p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Lunch is not included.
  • Evening Concert Program: Gates for the evening entertainment open at 6:00 p.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.  The evening entertainment is a separate ticketed event. Tickets are available for $65.
  • Location: Campus of California State University, Bakersfield, located at 9001 Stockdale Highway, Bakersfield, CA 93309.
  • Tickets: Tickets for the Conference, Afternoon General Admission, and Evening Program will be mailed on or about September 1, 2010. Tickets will be mailed when purchased through September 30. After that, they can be picked up at Will Call, unless purchasers want us to hold at Will Call if purchased prior to September 30.
  • Handicapped Parking: There will be handicapped parking available on the campus as well as disabled services to assist during the Conference.
  • Grounds & Attire: The Conference and other conference venues are all held in tents on approximately 35 acres of grass soccer fields. Please dress comfortably for walking and weather conditions.
  • Children: We’re sorry, but no children under the age of 6 will be admitted into the Conference.
  • Refunds: Tickets are no longer refundable.
  • Conference Seating: Conference seating in the Main Tent is assigned seating at tables with chairs for 10, and is assigned based upon date of receipt of purchase.   Seating in the Business Tents is unassigned theater-style seating.
  • Afternoon General Admission Seating: General admission seating is non-reserved theater-style seating in designated section of Main Tent.
  • Evening Program Seating:    Reserved seating assigned based upon date of receipt of purchase.
